How to use this CD
Mantras can be used for all occasions. Sing along as you drive, or have them as background music at home or at work. Let them permiate your subcouscious by putting them on continous play while you sleep.

To use them in meditation, find a quite time and place. Sit with crossed legs, spine straight and eyes closed. Let your focus be at a point between your eyebrows. Place you hands in Gyan Mudra with the tip of the index finger touching the tip of the thumb or any other mudra you may choose.

Each mantra has been recorded for 22 minutes, with a phase at the 11minute mark. The most impactful meditation times are 11, 31 or 62 minutes. So you can loop the mantra on your CD player accordingly.
